Erin Elizabeth Stark

I am the Founder and Managing Partner of Stark, bringing more than 25 years of experience advising clients on complex legal and strategic business matters. I represent financial institutions, private credit firms, investment firms, and corporations nationwide in high-stakes corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, real estate, and corporate finance.

My practice also includes extensive experience in capital markets, structured finance, banking transactions, creditors’ rights, and insurance matters. In addition to my transactional work, I provide fractional general counsel services, offering tailored, on-demand legal guidance that helps businesses navigate risk, seize opportunities, and achieve their strategic objectives.

Beyond my legal practice, I am actively involved in the legal and business communities. I serve in leadership roles with the Women Presidents Organization, the National Association of Minority and Women-Owned Law Firms, and Southern Methodist University. I am deeply committed to fostering long-term client relationships, delivering results-driven solutions, and mentoring the next generation of professionals.

I am a graduate of Southern Methodist University with additional executive education from Harvard Business School. A proud Texas native, I enjoy spending time with my children and traveling to Italy to visit family and friends.
