Top Notch Attorney

Erika works hard on your case to get you the best outcome possible. She’s worked on both sides of the workers compensation fence and knows the ins and outs of the business. Her expertise and honesty let’s you know exactly what to expect during mediation. She could tell me what the numbers were going ...to be before the mediator would come back to the room! She could also tell when things were not going as they should and quickly got down to the this issue and informed me of all possible outcomes. She encourages you to make a decision you feel comfortable with and she puts no pressure on you to do otherwise. She keeps you informed throughout the process and promptly returns all calls and emails! I would highly recommend Erika to anyone looking for the best representation to resolve a workers comp claim! She’ll look out for you!
