My nephew has some excess funds owed to him through property that was sold in Fort Valley , Ga. @ 106 King Street. I called Hutchins because the clerk at the Peach County Courthouse gave me his number and location. So when I contacted him, he told me the amount of money that was owed my nephew and to...ld me what I needed to get him to sign and fill out. Due to the fact that my nephew was incarcerated at the time…. I went to the LEC in Fort Valley gave my Nephew the necessary information that he need to sign and turned it in. Next thing I know Mr. Hutchins stop answering the phone and put me in to his parallel legal. And from then on I had to start all over again and soon they stop answering emails and phone calls. My nephew never got his funds and he has five children that he needs to take care of. Both parents are deceased ( that’s where the funds come from).
