Amanda Lee Morin

I'm a composer/lyricist who recently was offered a publishing deal for a musical I had written. Though this is the second time in my career this had happened, it was the first time where I didn't have collaborators on the writing of the project and I needed to negotiate for and protect my own interes...ts in the agreement. I didn't know where to start, and I'm so very thankful that Lee Morin was available to take my case. I hired Lee to create a custom contract for a "works made for hire" project. Creating the contract required a detailed understanding of my business, how I planned to use the created works, etc. Lee listened intently at our consultation and provided excellent follow-up notes that showed she not only... understood my unique business but also that helped me understand what was involved in seeking legal counsel for each area I wanted to address (contract for creation of unique artistic works, trademark, copyright, etc).
