Biography
Natalie E. Elkins devotes her career to representing injured workers before the State Board of Workers’ Compensation and the appellate courts of Georgia. She aggressively advocates for her clients following life-changing workplace injuries.
Natalie understands that every client’s injury is unique and can affect their physical and professional well-being in different ways. She develops personalized litigation strategies designed to protect her clients’ interests and help them move forward after a work injury.
Natalie joined Gerber & Elkins as the firm’s first female attorney in 2018 and has exclusively represented injured workers since then. Before joining the firm, she represented employers and insurance companies. This experience gives her valuable insight into the workers’ compensation system and allows her to effectively advocate for injured employees.

Personal
Natalie was born in Toronto, Ontario, and spent much of her childhood in Atlanta. She returned to Canada for her undergraduate studies and moved back to Georgia after graduation to pursue her legal career.
