I turn to Tony regularly when in need of assistance. He is a responsible, reliable, efficient, and highly intelligent attorney. Whenever I encounter a situation where legal assistance might be useful, Tony is my go-to. Not only can he tell me how the law and the courts might view my circumstance, ...he also provides a lot of insight as to how matters can be resolved short of litigation. I find that his advice is always accurate and if he isn't certain, he will research quickly and get back to me. He provides me with a number options for proceeding in any given circumstance. I never realized how essential having an attorney to represent me even outside of litigation (especially when dealing with infuriating collection agents) can be. When my identity was stolen last year, Tony helped me resolve a number of potentially disastrous fraudulent charges, and further, his advice enabled me to improve my credit score over 100 points. I was inappropriately charged over $1,000 by a car rental company in 2014 and though they attempted to avoid refunding me the money, the persistence of my lawyer paid off and I got every penny back.

I have consistently come to Mr. O'Brian for most of my legal needs. His knowledge of discovery, pleadings and procedure and the overall legal climate make me feel confident that I have someone who knows what they are doing. He is always quick to answer my emails and return my phone calls. I have expe...rienced lawyers who seem to not care, or are too busy to promptly return my calls. Not with Mr. O'Brian; he is always quick to answer my questions. The thing that most impresses me is how methodical he is. He does not overlook details and looks at every situation from every angle. My only wish is that most attorneys were like him. I will definitely be referring him to friends and keeping his number handy!
