Horrible attorney ! Run!

He was my attorney for 2 years, I never got any update on my case, never received a phone call back. I found out he withdraw my case and I was never notified by him. He is horrible! Run away from his services!

Horrible experience

He was my attorney for over 2 years and I feel as if I am just as clueless today as I was when I hired him. I would call and send emails and on several occasions they went unanswered. I had several questions that I never got answersd. I feel like he and the paralegal on my case had no initiative or I...ntrest in my case at all. I would plan a conference call that only got canceled the day of. I only spoke to Mr. Rolnick on 2 occasisions our whole time together. I was alone at my deprivation and I feel like I was clueless through the whole process. The day before my court date I was told it had been continued (my attorneys request). Frustrated and being fed up and feeling hopeless I started pressuring for answers about why and what was taking so long. Later in the day I received a phone call stating he could no longer help me any further and an email stating he is sending release papers releasing himself from my case. In my experience this was a nightmare and I'm glad he released me. It's given me the opportunity to finally hire an attorney that cares about my case and end this once and for all.

Concerned, frustrated, and disappointed

The only real comments appear to be the negative ones. And unfortunately, the problem they claimed are the same troubles I am having. I did not get contacted despite making such request. I have been in constant communication with the concerns, updates, and problems about my case. The case manager is... informed of this; however, Jon apparently is not. I am not receiving any counsel or course of action to remedy the stalemate status of my claims. As of 3/9/2015, I made yet another call to the office. I was told Jon was in office, but on the phone. I waited 33 plus minutes, only to be told Jon was no longer in the office! I don't have a treating physician, a valid documented diagnosis, no treatment plan, and I and bind to a contract with an attorney office that could care less. I have constant pain, an invalid FCE status, and NOBODY CARES. I have spoke with Jason countless times and have gotten no where, no correct legal counsel, no executed promises, just lies. I have requested that Jon release the contract and no longer be listed as my counsel. I have REPEATEDLY ask for communication with Jon. I asked for a call, and was lied to about the appointment; Jon wasn't available, and then he left as I was holding/waiting for him. Today made the second time, but also the last time. It has been over a month, that I have tried, on my part, to get the type of treatment a reputable attorney should provide. Just let me go so I can be represented appropriately please. This has been a bad experience, and I no longer have confidence in this practice.

Tammy Dustin my experience

Jonathan had my case for two years. He never contacted me it was always someone else even when i requested him. Then his staff was rude. After our mediation two years into the case , two day s later i received a letter from his staff informing me that he no longer wanted my case and pushed me off t...o another lawyer if i still wanted to peruse it. So then i call and they say he will call and explain and he never calls. I would not recommend this lawyer to any one !!
