Had 1 month and fired due to incompetence. When settling on my own found out he had placed a lien. Called repeatedly (8-10) times to try to negotiate a reasonable payment and emailed. I was assured I had a very winnable case. A few weeks later my case worker informed me that my lawyer decided to step away from the case. I asked for an explanation and the case worker stated they would get me one. For over 2 months now I have received no explanation and my phone calls and voicemails... are ignored.
