Kenneth P. Raley, III devotes his practice entirely to representing injured victims that have been harmed by the negligence of others or who have suffered injuries due to work-related incidents.
Kenneth received his Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Georgia College and State University and his Juris Doctor from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law, where he graduated with honors, Cum Laude. While in law school, he served as a Substance and Citation Editor on the Editorial Board of the Loyola Maritime Law Journal and was also presented with a Law Excellence Award in Constitutional Law.
Kenneth is admitted to all Georgia State and Superior Courts, the Georgia Court of Appeals, the Georgia Supreme Court, and the Federal District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. He is a member of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, as well as the Tort & Insurance Law and Workers’ Compensation sections of the Georgia State Bar.
In his spare time, Kenneth enjoys spending time with his wife, son and daughter, reading, and cheering for his favorite sports teams.
