Hit and Run

I was hit by a car in a grocery store parking lot. I reached out to David to see if I had a case. His office walked me through every step and settled my case in a timely manner. I will definitely recommend David Van Sant to anyone who is need of a professional personal injury attorney.

David M. Vant Sant

Not overly impressed

I hired Van Sant Law after a car accident. The day before the settlement, I was told there was a $42,299.67 hospital bill that had just been discovered. That was paid out of my settlement. Then there was a $525.63 expense for Van Sant that was on top of their 1/3 of the total proceeds. Doesn't se...em right!

Vehicle accident

I was referred to the firm from a friend. When I first signed the contract to have them represent my case, I was told I would receive weekly updates. Via phone call or email. That never happened. I'm the type of person that likes to be informed, even if the status is still the same and unchanged. Ema...ils would go days, weeks sometimes without answer. When I was able to speak with someone, they were nice and answered my questions. When the percentage of payment is that high off the settlement, I expect to be kept informed. The lawyer states the settlement was too low and thought it was best to settle due to the time frame it would have taken to take further actions. At this time it had been 1 year since the accident. I was tired of dealing with them and the complete case. I settled and still my injuries are not fixed.
