I received everything that I hoped for

Now that my case has been settled, I want to thank you or all the work you performed on my case and for the satisfactory settlement you received for me. I felt compelled to write this because I have been in 2 other accidents earlier in my life and I must tell you, both of those times, the attorney's ...made much more money than me, they were basically dishonest. I never thought I would find an honest attorney such as yourself. It's a good feeling to find someone with a good heart. It took 4 years to settle, but I received everything that I hoped for.

I would strongly recommend him

David Van Sant worked on my case for three years and during that period always kept me informed by letter, phone, or email. I found him to be extraordinarily honest and trustworthy and he seemed to genuinely care about my situation. These qualities were a refreshing surprise, especially since I norma...lly hear the opposite about attorneys. I would strongly recommend him to anyone needing representation in the area of personal injury.

I can't thank you enough

I can't thank you enough for all the hard work that you have done for me and my family. You have represented me successfully, on two car accidents that I've had, that were not my fault where I sustained serious injuries. I have always been grateful for the fact that you and your staff have cared ...about my physical, mental and emotional health first. The specialists that you have sent me to were all competent physicians who did everything in their power to take care of my problems, rather than just taking care of the symptoms. The financial compensation that I received for my injuries, were just and fair. I recently was rear ended in an automobile accident and I have reinjured my neck and back and once again retained you as my attorney. I have never had to worry about a thing, because you and your staff always took care of everything. As the result of your amazing work, I was comfortable with referring my now 76 year old mother to your firm, after she broke her leg in a restaurant. She received excellent medical care as well as her financial compensation. I know that you fought for her rights and I can't thank you enough. Lastly, my older brother (who is a tax attorney) retained your services too, after listening to both my mother's and my recommendation regarding you David, and your firm. He was injured severely by a driver who hit him and literally abandoned his car, and physically ran away. He has been so impressed with the medical personnel that you referred to him and he is getting better slowly. His case is still pending. I first retained you about 12 years ago, and since then I know that I have referred at least 10 - 20 other people to you, who have all retained your services based on my recommendation. I have always been thanked by every person for that, and I have never heard any complaint about your work, and the results from that work. I want to thank you and your staff from the bottom of my heart.

I like David Van Sant. DAvid was extremely easy to work with. He gave me the confidence I needed to proceed. I would without a doubt recommend David to anyone in need of legal advice or help.
