Achievement and Attention

I called soon after I was rear ended by a drive not paying attention. An attorney called back within five minutes and took the time to explain the entire process. They walked through every step of the medical exams with me. They took time to explain why different steps were necessary. The attorney or... his legal secretary called or emailed every two days to see if I needed anything as well as how I was progressing. I’m the end they ended up getting a substantial settlement for me. I recommend them to my daughter when the same thing happened to her six months later.

The best Law firm

I worked with Kate and Adele. This is my second time using the firm and my experience was seamless and customer centered as it was the first time.The world needs more law firms that hold themselves up to such high standards of professionalism and integrity.

Great experience from a bad accident!

A very caring and thought firm! I worked with Kate Karassik and she was so patient and wonderful throughout my case which took a year and a half. After my surgery she even sent me a gorgeous flower bouquet. I was originally with a larger more known firm and I felt like they didn’t have the compassion... I wanted. Instantly once I came to Van Sant it was a completely different positive experience. Kate really cares and made the nightmare of an accident somewhat more manageable.
