Car Accident

My lawyer did a great job with explaining to me the do's and don'ts during my healing process. I would like to receive more communication during my term. Overall my Lawyer Bea, really helped give me the best advice to ensure no issues before the conclusion for my case.

Incredible team!

My wife was victim of a head on collision last November that was not her fault. It was a trying time and very stressful, but we are eternally grateful for the calm and thoughtful care we were put under by Van Sant Law. Great Firm to Work With

I was involved in a car accident where the driver failed to yield. I had damaged my right hand and had to be rushed to the hospital. I contacted Van Sant, asking if he would be willing to take my case and he was more than happy to do it. The law firm helped me get compensation for my totaled vehicle,... my medical bills, and even for days I had lost at work. Van Sant is very informative in terms of how the process works, as well as very prompt with updates and answers to any questions I had. Strongly recommend Van Sant!

Consultation

I have no words other than appreciation and regards for Lawyer David. I had left a message on Avvo to Mr. David regarding my car collision by other driver. The police report clearly states the other driver fault improper lane change, but his insurance company refuse to fix my car. Since there were no... personal injuries involved, therefore, Mr. David refused to take the case, but he explained to me in details what to do in my case. I have not seen any lawyer who would spent their time to explain the options and help other person without charging their fees. Mr. David spoke with me on the phone almost 20 minutes. I found him not only an excellent Lawyer, but also a great human being.
