Professional excellence!

I personally met David Van Sant at the Van Sant Law Firm regarding a personal injury case I was pursuing. Normally, most law firms would have you pre-screened by a paralegal etc before talking to "the man." I was pleasantly surprised when he personally met with me after my accident and recommended al...ternative sources of funding to authorize a much needed procedure for pain relief. He was very knowledgeable and his professional expertise resulted in the at fault insurance company settling out of court for the maximum policy limit allowed. I would highly recommend this attorney and his Law Firm for any and all personal injury litigation. With much respect and gratitude especially to Ashley and Drew. Thank you.

Auto Accident

As soon as I contacted this firm they sent someone from their North Georgia office to southern Georgia to take my information and accident details. Within weeks the damage to my vehicle was taken care of. The attorneys who handled my case we're professional and informative and talked on a level that ...I could understand. They worked hard to get me the maximum amount from the other drivers insurance company. I am pleased with the results.

Awesome

They took care of my mom and I, kept us up to date with both of our cases. I am a young college student and had no idea to begin with even getting my case started after my accident. They answered every question I had. They would always respond to my emails within a couple of hours. I really appreciat...e everyone that works here and would definitely recommend them.
