I suffered an injury due to the negligence of a large telecommunications company in properly maintaining their equipment. Van Sant Law

My experience with Van Sant Law was incredible. Do not hesitate to call them if you need representation after an accident that results in injury. I was t-boned on my way home from work and suffered lower back injuries that required extensive care: 3 months of seeing a chiropractor and then an orthope...dic specialist for a series of epidural shots. I was in constant pain, and the lawyers at Van Sant worked diligently to ensure the $33,000 in medical bills were paid by the at fault driver’s insurance, as well as getting me a very fair settlement for possible future issues with my back. Once I signed the contract with Van Sant, my rep, Jeremy Karassik, immediately got me in to see a wonderful chiropractor, Dana Kind, and when further care was recommended, he put me in contact with a fantastic specialist, Dr. Bendicks. Mr. Karassik called and emailed regularly to check on my recovery and to inform me of the progress in my settlement claim. Once a satisfactory claim amount that both paid off the medical bills and provided me a fair financial gain, a deposit was made that afternoon into my bank account! I didn’t have to go to the office in person or disrupt my holiday plans at all. Van Sant Law is extremely professional, pleasant to deal with, and they will work their tails off to get you what you deserve! I recommend them 1000 times over!

Excellent Staff

In Dec 2017 I was in my first accident. Another driver pulled in front of me on the interstate. It totalled my car and injured my back. I've alway been a "Manly man" so I refused to go to the hospital that day and just had my wife come pick me up. The next day I was sore but really noticed somethin...g was wrong when I tried to pick up my 17lb daughter out of her playpen. I didn't know what I should do or who to contact to get treatment. I was referred to David Van Sant by a friend of mine. I was paired up with Jeremy K. As my case worker and he immediately started scheduling treatment. From MRIs to chiropractors to specialists. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about leading me in the right direction. If I ever had questions he was very responsive and kept me in the loop throughout the whole process. After a year of treatment we settled and I will continue treatment to continue getting better. I am very pleased with the settlement amount. They were able to get me enough to pay my 27k worth of doctor bills as well as put a big chunk into my own pocket for pain and suffering and lost wages. I would HIGHLY recommend this office if you have been injured in an accident.
