Wonderful Experience!

Van Sant Law was amazing after my car accident that resulted in multiple breaks and severed tendons in my right hand. They never stopped fighting for what I deserved, after losing my career as a jewelry designer, as the use of my right hand will never be the same! Alex there was a fabulous advocate f...or me!

You Will Want them On Your Side! Always available and get things done!

I am very lucky to not have needed an attorney until a year or so ago after 25+ years of driving. My dog and I were at a stop light and a reckless driver rear-ended and totaled my car. I really didn't know what to do and was told that I should find an attorney. I called around and the surprising... thing was no one was picking up the phone, returned calls or strangely enough, told ME too call them back though I told them I needed to talk to an attorney right now. After calling Van Sant Law and initially talking to Jay Drew, he immediately told me the situation, answered all my questions and told me facts, especially when I asked him "How much can we recover?" He was honest and said, "I can't tell you that right now, it all depends on the treatment that you need". So then and there I knew they wanted to be sure my health was getting right before worrying about anything financial. They sent someone very close to my house to do electronic paperwork and everything was electronic and easy to do. My case manager Jeremy Karassick was AWESOME! He handled my case, updates and everything. It took about a year for me to recover and during that whole time Jeremy was ALWAYS available to answer questions, give me updates and really, set the right expectation. He never over-promised a thing and if he didn't know something, he said he would find out or see if they could do it. I cannot express how grateful I am to have had him on my side. My settlement went through many twists and turns, for one, the insurance company at-fault went bankrupt, so the settlement had to change a little. I had an extended timeline for recovery. And I was having trouble getting my check to pay off my car that was totaled. And though they didn't have to, he jumped in and helped to push things through. I hope you never need their services, but from start to finish I can truly say I am 1,000% overly satisfied with Jeremy, Jay and the entire office. They may not have a catchy slogan or fancy billboard, but call them and the moment you talk to them, you'll feel at ease that they'll treat you right, get it done and reduce any concerns you may have about your case. And I think in these situations, that's what you need. At least that is what I needed. Great job all and thank you!
