A Cry For Help

It is evident to me that there are people in the world who believe that all human being deserve to be heard. When I met Attorney Johnson, my husband had gone through three denials from the social security Administration. Not only did she come out to our home, a plus within it self, she represented my... husband with the compassion and knowledge of her trade and got him approved. This was a relief for us because we were living beyond the poverty level and I believe that she understood the deeper part of our hearts that we could not say in words. It take a very special person to do the work that she does.

AMAZING!

I have been battling to get my 4 month old daughter back from DFACS from what we believe to be a misdiagnose and Within minutes of speaking to her I felt confident. I am not being represented be her as of now but based off of our conversation she is very intelligent and was very resourceful.

Top Notch Child Abuse Defense Lawyer

Attorney Johnson was a lifesaver for our family. Our 16 month old daughter was abruptly taken from us at her daycare by an Atlanta Police officer and DFCS Worker - with no previous conversations with us, her parents. Someone at her Daycare called the Police. We were blindsided - basically - our chi...ld was 'kidnapped' from us with no warning, and were were/are innocent. Our daughter had been having excess bruising over the past month - it turns out she has a blood/immune disorder called ITP that causes severe bruising. We were supposed to have had 'due process' and we should have had a chance to explain the bruises on her face and body. We had been talking to our daughter's doctors about why she bruised so easily and we were told that this was normal for an active toddler - she was misdiagnosed / never tested for IPT at her pediatrician's office. Attorney Johnson acted quickly, found out what was going on with our case and acted quickly to make sure DFCS knew that several doctors at the hospital she was taken to explained where the bruises came from, and why they looked so bad. Attorney Johnson guided us through the whole Hellish ordeal, and got the case dismissed! It was a miracle compared to what typically happens in these cases. You can fully trust Attorney Johnson if you have been falsely accused of child abuse. She has many great connections in Atlanta and she is extremely resourceful - and seems to have the uncanny ability to Move Mountains. She is a competent expert, extremely hard working and she cares about Justice and reuniting families.

Amazing attorney and overall person

Diana is an amazing, honest, professional person. She helped us get our post- heart transplanted infant back when DFCAS stole him from us earlier this year on a ridiculous and uneducated accusation. She worked tirelessly on our case and cried with us when the judge announced the winning verdict. S...he understood the crucial medical details involved with our case, and spent the hours to go through our son’s 21,000 page medical record. I cannot say enough nice thongs about her, and would recommend her to anyone. If she can’t help you, she is honest enough to admit that and will help you find the person who can.
