This guy is another Patel . You know what I mean. Another disgrace to Patel community . PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM HIM .. JUST RUN . I had a very disappointing experience with attorney Niteesh Patel. Initially, he spoke with confidence and assured me that he would aggressively defend my case. However, t...hat confidence did not translate into action. Over the seven days leading up to the court date, there was minimal communication, no substantial preparation, and I was left feeling completely unready for what was to come. When we finally appeared in court, it was clear he had not prepared adequately just went to court with financial documents from me That’s it. Carried lots of folders and carry bag as if he was a professional attorney. He didn’t present a strong defense, rarely spoke up, and seemed to simply agree with the opposing counsel. I felt like I was standing alone in that courtroom despite having hired professional representation. To make matters worse, after the hearing, I received a bill that used up the entire $15,000 retainer I had provided—without any clear justification for where that time or effort went. He was working on my case for just 7 days . I do not recommend N.V. Patel based on my experience. I expected advocacy and guidance but received neither. This is real review. Lately found another review of Patel treated a lady in Florida the same away . Save your money .
