I hired Mr Larson for my husband in may for a criminal case that to everyone else were charging me $3500 but Mr Larson contacted me about my husband case and he said he would only charge us $1500 and he take payments just give him $500 down OK good deal I met up with mr Larson the day before my husba...nd's arraignment at Clayton county court house to give him the $500 he tells me what court room he's in to meet him outside of the court room I tell him I'm there he comes out with a woman walks up to me to make sure it's me then hands the woman some papers and say OK congratulations your case is dismissed all while looking at me she then looks at me smiling while thanking him I'm saying to myself this looks staged but I didn't think to much more of it secondly when we began to talk about my husband case he didn't even have a INK PEN! he was just supposedly handling someone case in the court room your a lawyer you don't have a pen I had to lend him a PEN strike 1 here is strike 2 the day of my husband court day Mr Larson was 30min LATE! but we were desperate for representation from someone other then court appointed after that day I try to contact him to make payments he doesn't answer the phone he doesn't answer our text emails well were thinking he must be busy Strike 3 on the day of my husband calendar call guess what he doesn't show he powered his phone OFF! we sat in court from 9am till 230 while the judge called him the judge was very upset and felt bad for us even the judge said that he knows better so don't waste your time or money this incident really put a lot of stress on us now we're forced to have to pay for another lawyer.

This attorney has to be the worst in History !!!! Its been nine months since my accident and he is just now settling my case that was worth way more than I got in settlement . Do you want a attorney that never returns phone calls ? Office staff That lies to you about returning your calls? What about... your case being settled 9 mos later? I spoke with Neil on November 12th he claims to have settled my case on that date and that i would get my check the following week ..I waited and waited and waited three weeks had gone by and STILL NO CHECK!!!! I was supposed to get back 3500 for my pain and suffering for the automobile accident per Neil Larson It wasnt what my accident deserved being that I had waited nine months I was eager to settle being that I didnt want to deal with his sorry a minute longer. He called me finally on Friday Dec 6 2013 telling me to come pick up my check and that it was ready . I went to his office for him to tell me that I would have to pay my hospital bills and my ambulance bills out of my 3500 which is quit ridiculous as hell. He never took care of any of my bills SO NOW IM LEFT WITH NOTHING ...HE IS A VERY MISLEADING ATTORNEY AND I WOULD RECCOMMEND HIM TO A DOG.

I had a accident April 2013 it is now July 16 I havent heard from him in 3 mos he doesnt call to see how you are doing , doesnt return phone calls , office staff lies and say they will call you back and they never do . He is very misleading and not trust worthy at ALL. i HAVE TRIED TO CONTACT HIM... SEVERAL TIMES ABOUT MY CASE , INCIDENTS AT THE CHIROPRACTOR WHEN THEY HAD ME CONFUSED WITH ANOHTER PATIENT AFTER 13 WKS OF TREATMENT AND HAD ME DOING THE WRONG ADJSTMENTS HEY IM NO CHIROPRACTOR I WAS JUST DOING WHAT I WAS TOLD . I CALLED HIM TO COMPLAIN ABOUT THE UNPROFESSIONALISM AT THE OFFICE AND HE NEVER CALLED ME BACK NOR SEEMED TO CARE. TODAY I AM AM WRITING HIM A DISMISSAL LETTER I FOUND A ATTORNEY WHO SEEMS MORE PASSONIATE THAN NEIL EVER WAS.
