Jonathan Flack

Flack Injury Law is a boutique personal injury firm in Atlanta representing plaintiffs in car accidents, tractor-trailer and commercial truck collisions, rideshare cases, and wrongful death matters. Attorney Jonathan Flack handles every case personally and represents Spanish-speaking clients directly, without an interpreter.

Before founding the firm, Jonathan spent two and a half years defending insurance companies and their insureds in commercial liability cases involving trucks, tractor-trailers, and medical transport vans. He now uses that experience on behalf of injured plaintiffs. Earlier in his career, he served as the primary Spanish-speaking attorney at Atlanta Legal Aid Society, representing low-income clients in South Fulton and Clayton County.

The firm accepts a limited caseload so that clients work with Jonathan himself rather than an intake team. He has been selected to Super Lawyers Rising Stars for four consecutive years (2024–2027), named to The National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40 – Civil Plaintiff (2026), and has been a member of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association since 2021. He earned his law degree from New York University School of Law, where he served as Notes Editor of the Annual Survey of American Law, and has been licensed in Georgia since 2016.

Recent results include $650,000 for a tractor-trailer head-on collision in Peachtree City, $640,000 for a T-bone collision in Atlanta, $500,000 for a medical transport collision in McDonough, $425,000 for a wrongful death in Statham, and $350,000 for a rear-end collision in Rome.
