Jonathan Flack

Flack Injury Law is a boutique personal injury firm in Midtown Atlanta representing people hurt in serious crashes involving moving vehicles: tractor-trailer and commercial truck collisions, rideshare (Uber/Lyft) crashes, car accidents, pedestrian, motorcycle and bicycle crashes, and non-emergency medical transport (NEMT) van collisions. The firm also handles catastrophic injury, wrongful death and uninsured/underinsured motorist (UM) claims across Metro Atlanta and Georgia.

Before founding the firm, Jonathan Flack spent two and a half years on the insurance side of commercial truck, tractor-trailer and medical transport van cases. Today he represents injured people only. He now uses that experience on behalf of injured plaintiffs, especially in cases where insurance is layered across multiple policies and responsibility extends beyond the driver to the company behind the vehicle. He handles each case from the insurance claim through litigation when a lawsuit is needed.

Earlier in his career, Jonathan served as the primary Spanish-speaking attorney at Atlanta Legal Aid Society, representing clients in South Fulton and Clayton County. He represents Spanish-speaking clients directly, without an interpreter. Jonathan habla español.

He earned his law degree from New York University School of Law, where he served as Notes Editor of the Annual Survey of American Law, and has been licensed in Georgia since 2016.
