Just wish the helpers answering the phones for this office paid more attention to details and was more familiar with the processes. I called and told the young lady exactly what I was needing which had nothing to do with filing bankruptcy. She told me that I needed to schedule an appt. to come in and... talk with someone. I hesitated and mumbled that it would take me two hours to get there (I was referred to them by someone) and with no response from her, went on ahead and scheduled for today, 12/27/18. I drove two hours only to get there, expained again what I was needing and to be told that the attorney that handles litigation law was out of town for the remainder of the year and that they could not help. I did not even get to see the lady that they scheduled me to see (a two hour drive for 15 min of nothing). VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!!!

Yes I originally filed a negative review of this attorney and even requested by email, fax and phone to have it removed from AVVO . Mr. Slomka is a great attorney the confusion was the financial institution we were dealing with I have rffered several clietns prior to Mr. Slomka and I differences in o...pinion. I can state this attorney is honest and did give me all my money back on this particular case I retained him for. Since them Mr. Slomka emails, calls me and checks on me and my progress I still continue to refer clients to him and I am sorry that I acted on compulsive behavior due to the complexity of my case. IF you want a Honest attroney and that guarantees his clients satisfaction I honestly belive he is the best choice. Respectfully, Milan
