Andre Jarviss Smith

I was facing spending the rest of my life in prison for a crime I did not commit . Never have I ever been in a situation before where I needed a lawyer. But I'm so thankful to God for sending Andre our way . The first thing he told me .... In order for me to take a case like yours I have to believe y...ou didn't do it. But after he listen to me as I told him what happen I asked him do you believe me and he said yes ! I'm from a small town in south Georgia where people feel like the justice system is one sided and to have a lawyer to truly believe in your innocence is so important! I was locked up for seven months . They kept denying me a bond but Andre kept fighting to get me one when it was said I would never see the outside of a jail cell again !! After almost two years of fighting for my innocence Andre got all my charges dropped !!! I was facing a life sentence ! I really do believe he was sent to me and my family by God! I will be forever grateful to him for fighting as hard as he did for me . It's one thing to just pay a lawyer just to represent you but to have a lawyer that genuine believes in his clients is priceless! I can remember going through this ordeal his favorite quote to me was " juan this is a marathon race not a sprint.... just keep believing and i will do everything in my power to prove your innocence ! I'm here to tell you ...he kept his word to me ! I went from facing life in prison to be being a free man to go on with my life with my children ...my grandchildren ! I considered him as a friend . The world need more lawyers like him !

I live in the state of Florida while Andre lives in the state of Georgia. Well on the 4th of July weekend I was on my way back through the state of Georgia when I got pulled over speeding.
