Andre Jarviss Smith

I live in the state of Florida while Andre lives in the state of Georgia. Well on the 4th of July weekend I was on my way back through the state of Georgia when I got pulled over speeding. And to my surprise I was very shocked when I found out that the state of Georgia also has an additional fine to ...be assessed along with my speeding ticket. So after being flooded with mail I reached out to some friends that I know that lived in the area. And they introduced me to Andre. From day one he made himself available to me at all hours.
