Not agressive enough
My professional liability carrier hired this Attorney on my behalf. Ryan was polite and courteous, but very passive in defending and asking questions. I thought it was strange when he said.. "I think they are going to call to settle." Settle? I would never had settled the case because we did nothing ...
Mr. Simonis, I am sorry that you and your insurance agency in McDonough, Georgia were unhappy with my representation. My advice to you was sound and correct, and led to the lawsuit against you being dropped with very modest fees. You declined to pay your part. Your approach would have led to expensive litigation, and increased premiums on your malpractice policy. I have written off the fees you refused to pay as an accommodation to you, and I wish you the best.
