Public Pretender
Judge Doris Downs appointed Mr Kraus to handle my appeal.He left out key relivent factors that would have enabled me to win my appeal.

Judicial fraud
Mr Kraus handled and appeal for me.However no record or transcript of the appeal can be found.And my original trial transcripts have been deleted and the records falsified to show that I was found guilty in a non jury trial.Mr Kraus conspired with Judge Doris Downs in perpetrating judicial fraud!
