I was leery of retaining an Attorney for my auto accident initially. I called several offices before getting to Law Offices of Sheryl L Burke. My call was immediately met with warmth, compassion and concern. I knew right then, this was my firm. I started of calling everyday, sometimes more than once... a day. Those calls were not always answered but were always returned. With every call, I continued to feel like they really cared about me and my situation. By the time I completed treatment, I felt like a part of an extended family. When I went in for my closing, I was met by the entire team and received so much education around insurance. No business is perfect but any time I pointed out something no matter how small, it was acknowledged and they let me know how they corrected it. Many members of my family are life long clients now.
