I was highly disappointed in my experiences with the Law Offices of Sheryl L. Burke. The money they promise to win you is much less than they tell you they can obtain for you. Then when I would call to request the status of the check, the customer service agents would tell me they would call me back ...after checking on it, however I never received a phone call. When I finally did get a date that my check would come in, i drove to the their office to find out it wasn't there. Not receiving any phone calls I called them a week later, again I was told an agent would call me back before they close, and again I didnt get a call. When I did get in contact with them the agent was very rude and I was notified the check was lost in the mail and I would need to wait an additional two weeks for the check to maybe come.
