I originally contacted the Simon Law firm based on the great reviews I read when searching for a lawyer to handle my case after a car accident. Let me just say that I am happy I found this firm and can attest to the fact that my experience with both Tyler and Laynie have been nothing short than amazi...ng. My attorney, Tyler H. is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to handling cases of this kind. He kept me abreast of situations that would occur which allowed me to be prepared for what was to come along this journey. Tyler did an exceptional job at keeping me informed and providing me with his thoughts and recommendations, but also allowing me to provide feedback and ask any questions I may have had. Laynie was extremely helpful throughout the process as well with obtaining information and handling things pertinent to my case. She was very prompt and ensured that things were taken care of for me in a timely fashion. I don’t think I can thank these two enough for taking what was a difficult, stressful, and unfamiliar situation for me and making me feel at ease throughout the entire process. Thank you Simon Law firm and more importantly, thank you Tyler and Laynie for all that you have done for me and my case thus far. You all are wonderful!

Everyone that I dealt with following my accident (from the at fault party to the police officer writing the report) made me feel as though I was in the wrong and it was somehow my fault. While still in shock from the wreck, I was solicited by another law firm which hardly cared to return my calls and... even dropped my case once they realized it wouldn't be an easy pay out for them. A random google search brought me to the Simon Law Firm. From the first phone call when I spoke with Tyler, I immediately felt at ease. This was the first time in the entire process where I felt as though I didn't have to defend myself and that someone was actually genuinely listening to me. Although I wouldn't wish this type of situation on anyone, if you find yourself in the position of needing an attorney, they should be your advocate. Tyler was just that and more. Definitely recommend!!

I was rear ended and it was pretty devastating for me. My car was totaled and I had to go to physical therapy for my neck. I contacted Tyler as he was referred to me from 2 co-workers. They said he was good at his job. They were correct but he was also patient and explained the processes with det...ails I could understand. He kept me posted throughout the process as it can drag out. I would most certainly recommend Tyler he cares about his clients and what they are going through in these situations.

I was in a car accident and injured my shoulder. I am a licensed insurance agent but because I've only lived in Atlanta a short time, I was not confident about handling everything myself. Tyler provided some wonderful literature on the subject of auto accidents and what to do. And he was alwa...ys available to answer and any questions. He guided me through the entire process and allowed me to concentrate on getting better instead of the stress of dealing with the insurance companies. I even had him suggest different doctors as I had no clue where to go. I did my own research on his suggestions and found the best doctor for me. I never felt like I was bothering Tyler. His attention to personal customer service was impressive and again, made me feel confident that everything would be taken care of correctly. It's no fun being in an accident but to have someone that is there for you and knows the ins and outs of the law and what I could expect...just made me feel so much better about the entire situation. I would highly recommend Tyler especially if you are looking for someone that is personable and amazing at what he does.

Working with Tyler and the Simon Law Firm was the best experience I have had when it comes to customer service, timely response and communication when I needed it most. Wish I could give them more than just 5 stars because it's not enough for how amazing my experience was. They got me the maximum set...tlement in my case and truly care about each one of their clients as opposed to bigger companies who want to get a bunch of people through their doors and get them in and out!
