This is the first review I have ever actually taken the time to write, because I wish I had consulted this website when I first obtained legal counsel. How do you write a review for a man that changed your life? Not sure, but I will try! After obtaining severe injuries in a car accident several ye...ars ago, I blindly was lead to an attorney group that quickly became my living nightmare!! Needless to say, I sought and hired new counsel with Mr. Lyman and his firm. After being shoved around like cattle in a firm that did not value the client, I was able to fully APPRECIATE the level of service Thomas provided. I went from working with low paid staff members that rarely did their jobs, to a man that handed everything to me on a silver platter. A little over the top, but truly, I swear once I signed, he handled EVERY aspect of my case, constantly keeping me in the know and a part of every decision. Thomas truly made me feel as though I was his only client. If he wasn't able to answer my calls, he typically would respond that day--even if that meant after hours! Now, this was unusual compared to the week (or more) turnaround time I was accustom to. More than this, Thomas was a down to earth, honest, and extremely intelligent attorney.
