Jeremy Aaron Freiman

I started out defending personal injury cases instead of bringing them. Insurance companies hired me as outside counsel to defend the claims people filed against them and their policyholders. Working with their adjusters daily gave me a firsthand look at how they arrive at their number on every offer. In court, I saw exactly how they attack a case. Now I use their own playbook to help injured Georgians, building cases to eliminate any weak points long before an insurance adjuster can find them. I have seen these cases from both sides, so my clients get an objective read: where the case is strong, where it is weak, and the path I recommend from there.

I founded Freiman Injury Law in Atlanta and represent clients across Georgia. I earned my J.D. from The George Washington University Law School and my B.S. in Interdisciplinary Social Sciences from Florida State University. I am admitted to the State Bar of Georgia, the Court of Appeals of Georgia, and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.
