It's really up to the law enforcement/military organization to decide how to treat these convictions. His best bet now is to try for a waiver.

My husband is serving time in federal prison 60 months.Can get credit for the 10 months he spent on home confinement.

Generally conditions of bond do not count as incarceration; I do not believe your husband is eligible for a reduced sentence.
