Albert Lynn Wilson

I have known of the Ed Garland Law Firm for well over thirty years. David TYszynski is a personal injury lawyer with the firm. Wouldn't you think an attorney with thirty-nine years would have at least one review? Looks like I am the first. I went to David in December 2019. I was in an automobile ...accident on March, 31st, 2018. I was in a surgeon's office on March 4th,2018. The Pa of Doctor Marice Goins put me in a neck and back brace. He must have thought something was wrong. I am going to make this real short. The attorney, David Tuszynski got me $21,140.00 after he sued for all he could $200,000.00. After the spinal surgery, I went through, David said if I had a jury trial, I might get five or six hundred thousand. Or nothing. I do not think I had the proper representation. I have every piece of paper, all e-mails, and every text, I will now after conversations with them, the Bar will decide on my behalf. I can post the complete transaction on here and not miss a comma or period. They now have in their hands the complete case. We will now see if I should have won or not. After the words, he radicated and changed. He had doctors, making changes!!!! I mean I will never be well. He typed in the words he wanted my doctor to put in her letters. I did exactly as he asked. I thought everything would be ok then. Well, it all went south. After these people go over an inch for inch and I tell my story. They said they will make their decision. I did not hire him for being a nice guy. I hired him thinking if you worked for the Garland firm, everything would be straight up. I just want to be able to tell my side of the story. Now I have someone that promised me to listen. So be careful who you choose to represent you when you have a very terrible injury, and the doctor tells you upfront, you will never get well.

Mr. Wilson made this post on September 22, 2020. A week and a half earlier, on September 11, 2020, at the end of my representation of him, Mr. Wilson sent me the following text: Fri, Sep 11, 2:11 PM David, Tuesday, I met a very humble, kind, wonderful man. That would be you. I would never know where to start, other than say I am so sorry for the way I treated you. I wish we could have got ten million, and you got half. I still do not know you, but one thing I can say, if you have children, they are very blessed to have a father like you. I saw a person that from what I saw and heard from you, I am just so, so sorry for the way I treated you. I was wrong, unkind, belligerent, big mouth, I could go on and on. Again David, I am very sorry. If I had it all to do over, I would only hope I would be a bigger and better man!!

David's hard work, skill, mastery of the law and creativity allow him to obtain successful resolutions in the most difficult cases. David is extremely thorough and willing to go the extra mile for his clients to make sure they get the resolution they deserve. Unlike many "trial" lawyers David has taken countless cases to court and understands how to effectively try a case before a judge and jury. I highly recommend David to anyone who has been injured and who is in need of advocate to fight for them."
