Biography
Danny J. Naggiar is a California native who attended college at the University of California at Santa Barbara. After a short time as an entrepreneur, Danny sold his investments, attended and graduated from Georgetown University Law Center. Moving back to Los Angeles after law school, Danny was a legal consultant for several talent management companies. Looking to broaden to his legal career, Danny joined the United States Army, relocated to Atlanta Georgia and became a Judge Advocate. During his tenure with the Army, Danny handled hundreds of criminal, domestic, administrative, and estate planning cases. Danny also served as a Special Assistant United States Attorney for the Northern District of Georgia prosecuting cases for the Army in federal court. After leaving active duty, Danny continued to serve as Department of the Army Civilian Attorney where he was promoted to the Chief of Legal Assistance, supervising other attorneys and legal staff. During his tenure, the Judge Advocate Office won the Chief of Staff Legal Assistance award. As a military officer and as a civilian attorney, Danny handled thousands of domestic, criminal and estate planning cases for the active duty and retiree population of Atlanta serving a customer base of over 30,000 people. After leaving federal service, Danny was awarded the Superior Civilian Service Award for his work as the Chief of Legal Assistance. In private practice, Danny has continued to serve the military and retiree population as well as the general public specializing in Divorce law, Criminal Defense, Business Law and Estate Planning. Naggiar & Sarif, LLC serves clients in Cobb, Fulton, Dekalb, Gwinnett, Henry, and Clayton, and Cherokee Counties.
