Our son Harvey was a mentally challenged 51 year old. He CHOKED to death on a paratransit bus, which transports only people with disabilities. Our son died because First Transit did not train their bus drivers in first aid including CPR and the Heimlich Maneuver. The driver did not enforce the compan...ies own rules.
