Refinanced my house with Brendan at MMH as closing attorney, and he completely botched our property taxes in pre-closing (which he had our previous property tax records). So now do we ,not only, have a shortage in our escrow account that we have to make up ,but also, our monthly mortgage payments ha...ve to be adjusted to make up for the incorrect property tax he filed. When this discrepancy was brought to MMH attention nothing was done on their part, just a "whoops, we messed up bc we were busy". I guess lawyers aren't liable for their mistakes. Not worth the refinance!
