Alex J. Aron

Alex Aron is an accomplished Intellectual Property attorney who's currently a Partner at Atlanta-based IP and entertainment law firm Vivid IP. She has significant experience in trademark clearance, patent registrations, prosecution, and IP portfolio management. Her knack for building airtight patent, trademark, and copyright portfolios can be traced, in large part, to her experience in working with technology, IP developers, and software licensees. Alex leverages clear communication and takes a business-oriented approach to better understand a client’s underlying technology. In addition to her IP law degree, Alex holds an electrical engineering degree from Vanderbilt—which explains her precise, detail-focused approach to her practice (but not her vibrant sense of humor).

Additionally, Alex is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office and has significant experience drafting and prosecuting patent applications in diversified technologies—including computer systems, wireless communications, business methods, Internet technologies, computer network architectures, software applications, telecommunications and electrical devices. One of her current goals is to master IP enforcement against online infringers.
