Sherrie Monique Brady

Sherrie M. Brady is an Associate in the Atlanta office of Hawkins Parnell Thackston & Young LLP. She has over five years of experience as a litigator and trial lawyer. She represents corporations and professionals in a variety of matters, including medical malpractice, premises liability, products liability, trucking litigation, and other professional liability matters. She also has experience with cases involving school and municipal liability.

Sherrie served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Judge John J. Goger in the Superior Court of Fulton County and provided editorial assistance to Daniel's Georgia Handbook on Criminal Evidence, 2008 edition. Sherrie graduated from Spelman College with a B.A. in Economics and a minor in Writing. She received her J.D. from Georgia State University, College of Law, with honors in Litigation. In law school, Sherrie was the managing editor of the college of law's editorial, Treasurer of the Student Bar Association, and was among a select group of students participating in the Logan E. Bleckley Inn of American Court.

Along with serving on the executive board of the Gate City Bar Association for the past three years, Sherrie serves on various professional and community boards. She is actively involved with Atlanta Bar Association, Georgia Association of Black Women Attorneys and Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.

Sherrie has also received several distinctions and awards. She was selected as one of Georgia's Top 100 Trial Lawyers in 2012 by National Trial Lawyers and received Atlanta's Power 30 Under 30 Award, recognizing her professional success in 2011.
