I'm a general civil trial lawyer with over 20 years in practice. I handle domestic, business and general civil litigation. I also handle corp. matters (entity formation and coroprate governance), intellectual property, and bankruptcy. In the past several years, I've handled a broad range of cases and have secured excellent results for hundreds of clients. Litigation is challenging but can be rewarding - when you win. And I rarely lose. In my domestic cases, I always take a reasonable, measured approach - do everything I can to settle - try to keep the drama and expense to a minimum.
