Terrible Service. Inadequate Representation

I paid the firm in full. I wasn't represented well, my attorney didn't ask for the proof of Fayette County against me. I brought the written report from the records department of Fayette County, however my attorney nor the county produced the video resulting in my conviction. I don't feel like I was... properly represented and purposely mislead. I attempted to call the law office several times and have not received my records which I rightfully paid for. During the trial, my attorney was frequently not at the court hearing and the judge complained. The judge told me to caution my attorney about missing court. My attorney emailed me later that he was traveling out of the country. This was stressful. I don't feel like I was represented well. Adding anxiety and stress.

Do not use this law firm

Please don’t not use this law firm! Integrity ,and moral turpitude is gone from this practice! I will keep on advocating for my rights, when a law office especially the senior lawyer Robert James did my initial intake took a retainer and never showed to court while judge & state dismissed my ...case without them be there.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
