Robert Michael Brennan

I am a former federal prosecutor and now am in private practice representing individuals and businesses in the defense of criminal/regulatory investigations and prosecutions, as well as representing the interests of individuals and businesses in complex civil litigation.  While a federal prosecutor, I handled white collar criminal investigations and prosecutions, with a particular focus on health care fraud offenses, prescription drug offenses and investment fraud schemes.  As a prosecutor and in private practice, I have been lead counsel in many jury trials, bench trials, and arbitrations, as well as countless evidentiary, plea and sentencing hearings.  I have also authored over 50 appellate briefs and have delivered multiple oral arguments before appellate courts.
