I have been involved in the criminal justice system for over 36 years, and still enjoy representing my clients. We all are human, some of us make mistakes, others find themselves in situations beyond their control. When my clients are investigated or prosecuted for an alleged crime, I make it my practice to not judge what happened. Instead, I want to first understand the situation, then come up with a plan designed to get the best possible outcome for the person I am representing.
I am very lucky. I continue to enjoy my job, even after 36 years. Anyone reading this who is facing criminal charges should contact my office to discuss your situation. I look forward to hearing from you.

Mr. Kish worked on my case for over three years. He is a brilliant attorney who made strategic, logical and out of the box decisions that were positive for my case. Mr. Kish answered my question about removing federal restitution on a 20 yr old case. Without his info, a great mistake would have been made by drawing attention to the issue and being pursued. Waiting a few more years, the issue would no longer be of interest legally. Thank you.

Having never had the need for an attorney I suddenly found myself franticly searching the internet for one. As many of you are now doing the same thing, I would like to highly recommend Paul Kish for your attorney. Paul responded to my call the same afternoon that I left a message with is office....
"Paul Kish is an exceptional lawyer. He taught me a lot of what I know today. He is smarter than most lawyers, always willing to fight with a challenging legal argument. Despite his years of experience, Paul is very approachable, down-to-earth, and knows just how to get the judges and prosecutors to listen. You are in the right hands if Paul Kish is your lawyer."
"Widely known as one of the most intelligent and creative appellate and trial lawyers in Georgia, Paul is a true professional and a pleasure to work with. Look no further than Paul's burgeoning protégé, Carl Lietz, as evidence of Paul's contagious charisma and astute legal acumen."
"Paul is an excellent attorney with a wealth of experience. He is respected by lawyers and judges alike."
