I retained Molly believing " she had my back". That's what she said. I left feeling relieved confident and thankful. She pulled me in with her eye contact I was so convinced I had an advocate. The opposite happened. I reached out over and over by phone as my court date approached. We were supposed to... meet again to strategize to discuss discovery motions to compel at least that's what I was told. The next thing I know I get an email after showing up at the office being told that I was no longer being represented by Molly was a firm. But wait you had my back remember? We were in this together that's what you told me Molly! I should have gotten the message after none of my calls will be turned in 2 weeks but I just thought, it's an oversight. I demanded my money back $1,000 it took me forever to make that money but I was working hard to pay my retainer and my fees because my kids were at stake. I've never been so hurt or disappointed in my entire life. To be ghosted starting an attorney you believed in there's no worse feeling. Not to mention it happened less than a month before my court date if she didn't want to be my attorney of record why not just give me another recommendation? No that would have meant admitting fault and a possible refund since no work was done it was the worst experience I was so defeated and depleted after being on a high thinking I will get my kids back don't hire her the same thing could happen to you
