Biography
Mr. Caldwell practices in the areas of business law/litigation, intellectual property, sports and entertainment law. He has extensive experience representing small business owners, entrepreneurs, athletes/entertainers, screenwriters, and reality show talent in contract negotiations, litigation, mediation and arbitration. Mr. Caldwell served as Of Counsel to nationally recognized entertainment attorney and litigator, Leron E. Rogers, formerly of Hewitt & Rogers Law Firm.
Jerry’s litigation practice ranges from representing plaintiffs and defendants in business contract disputes as well as providing legal counsel to business owners, athletes and entertainers on day-to-day legal issues that may arise within the operation of their businesses. Furthermore, Mr. Caldwell has also successfully defended such individuals against claims initiated against them.

Mr. Caldwell is a member of the Atlanta Bar Association and Black Entertainment Sports Lawyers Association. He also volunteers his time as mentor through the Fulton County Juvenile Court Choices Program. Jerry is a contributing writer for the Legal Blitz Sports Blog and was named to the 2014 Who’s Who of Black Atlanta “Most Influential” List.
