Jennifer Ann Mills

Jennifer Mills’ practice focuses on civil litigation with experience in product liability, professional negligence and transportation. She is also experienced in bankruptcy, having completed a clerkship with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in the Northern District of Georgia prior to joining the Firm. Jennifer works closely with expert witnesses and handles many aspects of discovery and case management in state and federal lawsuits. She participates in pre-trial litigation and trial preparation. Jennifer has deposed and defended fact witnesses, drafted dispositive motions, and assisted in preparing and drafting briefs.
