Jennifer was appointed to me for a criminal case. To say she didnt help me is an understatment. She didnt research my case at all. Regardless of that i provided her with evidence in my defense, written statment from potential witnesses as well as the victim stating i wasnt guilty i even went as far a...s finding caselaw for my defense. All of which she told me she would use. At trial she did not cross examine the states witnesses and when it was our turn instead of using anything i gave her she told the court we werent gonna put on a defense. Her closing argument just listed the states evidence and she said they do have alot of evidence but thats for the jury to decide then she sat down. I repeatedly asked her why she wasnt she said she chose not to and that was her decision to make. I even went as far as trying to ask the judge to remove her but i was told i could only address the court through counsel and she refused.
