Liar in consult

From day one! I believed in Jake as my lawyer for my bike accident with a truck. My injuries supported my testimony as did those of the defendent and his son. After 3 years of promises, waiting for the county to set a trial date, Jake walked away from my case without explanation, leaving me no cho...ice but to file bankruptcy. Morgan and Morgan collected over $10k and I got a $2500 bill from my bankruptcy attorney. Jake lied to me throughout the 3 years of my case, delaying and delaying. I have documentation and I wouldn't hire him if he was the last attorney on earth. In fact, if I could sue an attorney for negligence, I would sue Jake Eby.
