Be aware of hiring Edmund Novotny! He will not represent you as he states! He will take your money and will not represent you. He showed up in court to represent me and was highly intoxicated, did not even defend any rebuttal from opposing attorney and agreed to a 30 day final argument to be submit...ted to the courts and sent the final argument on the last day, didn’t proof his final arguments and submitted incomplete sentences in the final arguments and didn’t state correct facts in the final closing arguments. His wife has emailed and called me harassing me at 2:30 am about her crazy husband (I have all documents to prove my statements ) He was hired and paid in full to represent me in 2 cases, the second case he filed a representation to the courts stating he represents me and didn’t even show up for that court appearance!
