I told my son that this lady(Charlene) was a rookie she had no kind of experience, with his type of case, she was dealing with his LIFE, for what she did to say she had a degree, he could have represented his self, he is not guilty for what he was being charge for,he even told her about ever I dent h...e had or where she could get it, he also had several witnesses for his case that wasn't call, he got the bad end of the stick, and she knows it, his case was not fare,it's not what you know it's who you know when things boil down to him. His lady friend (Kids) mama,wrote the Judge a letter in his behalf We don't know whether he got it are not,we try calling her no respond we try writing her no respond, I don't live in Atlanta nor neither most of his family,his dad came to testified on his behalf along with other folks,I am and still disabled to come there but I told Charlene all that over the phone, but she assured me she would let me know the out come she has yet to call me write me are email me are something,if it was for the witness that was there that didn't testified call me I would think they push the trial back again. It's now 2014 & I have not yet heard from her. We are trying to get an Appealed, and another LAWYER. The court appointed this Lawyer 2012. And I am the mother of her client ,he had another lawyer b4 her and he was very prejudice, than she came along,and recommended him to take this deal and he is innocent, that don't make any sence. Now he's away from his kids for life, a 38 yr old man looking at 60 years in Prison just don't add up, with the LIES that was told on him because he choose to live happy with someone esle.
