Ms. Penn was hired as a family law attorney. Not only did she not say anything relevant to my defense throughout the entire process but she also failed to notify anyone of undeniable PROOF of my innocence. She sat by and watched as my family was dragged through the system and did absolutely nothing. ...When I contacted her a week later with even more evidence, she didn't think she owed me to work on my issue anymore. I paid her retainer to handle 2 related issues and she made one appearance at court on the first issue (less than an hour) and completely disregarded the second issue altogether. Seriously, if you have google and a phone, you could do a better job of representing yourself.
